Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 5, 2026
PrysmCore ("we," "our," or "us") operates the prysmcore.ai website, its assessment tools, and the PrysmCore applications (Mentor, Stakeholder, and Prioritize). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or applications, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Assessments, Calculators, and Waitlists
When you complete an assessment (such as the Operational Diagnostic, ROI Calculator, or Quick Wins), request a report, or join a waitlist, we collect the information you enter: typically your name, email address, company, role, and your answers or inputs. We use it to generate your results and send you the report you requested.
Account Information
When you create an account in a PrysmCore application, we collect your email address and name. This information is required to provide you access to the service.
Content You Create in Our Applications
We store the content you create in our applications, including projects, charters, assessments, stakeholder records, notes, and files you upload. This data is necessary to provide the core functionality of the service.
Payment Information
If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card numbers or banking information on our servers. The processor's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
Technical Information
Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use this information for security and to keep the services running. We do not run advertising trackers on our website.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate and deliver the reports and results you request
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website and applications
- Send you the emails you signed up for, such as your report, waitlist updates, and product news (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Process transactions and send related information
- Protect against fraudulent or illegal activity
3. AI Features
Some PrysmCore applications include AI-assisted features, such as drafting help, feedback, and mentoring chat. When you use these features, the content you submit (for example, your question, project fields, or an uploaded file you ask to be analyzed) is sent to our AI service provider to generate the response. We do not use your content to train AI models. Please do not include sensitive personal information in AI feature inputs.
4. Data Storage and Security
Application data is stored with our database provider (Supabase), which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Our website and applications are hosted on Vercel. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate: hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), form processing (Formspree), email delivery and newsletters (Acumbamail), AI processing (Anthropic), and payment processing (Stripe). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
- Legal requirements: to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
- Protection: to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
6. Email Choices
Every marketing or newsletter email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you marketing email; we may still send transactional messages related to an active account, such as password resets and billing notices.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Request an export of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Depending on where you live, these rights may be backed by laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To exercise any of them, contact us at contact@prysmcore.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Payments
Paid plans and marketplace orders are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card and billing details go directly to Stripe under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We keep a record of your subscription status, invoices, and, where applicable, the payout account you connect as a partner or reviewer, so we can provide the service, pay commissions and review fees, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
If you commission or provide an expert review, the reviewer is granted time-limited read access to the specific project under review; that access is disclosed at purchase and revoked when the order closes.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes. Report and waitlist contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
10. Cookies
Our applications use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
12. International Users
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. If you use our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated by email where appropriate.
