Expert Review Marketplace Terms

These terms govern the PrysmCore Expert Review Marketplace, where a project owner (the buyer) can commission a certified reviewer to review a tollgate or a full project. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Reviewers

Reviewers are vetted and must hold a valid Master Black Belt certification recognized by PrysmCore. We may approve, decline, or suspend a reviewer at our discretion. Reviewers set their own prices within the published platform ranges and accept a confidentiality obligation before taking orders.

2. Orders and Access

When you order a review, you grant the assigned reviewer time-limited read access to the project under review for the duration of the order. The reviewer cannot edit your work. Access is revoked when the order closes, is declined, or is refunded.

3. Payments and Platform Fee

Payment is collected up front through Stripe. The reviewer receives the order amount less a 25% platform fee. PrysmCore does not hold reviewer funds; payments route to the reviewer's connected account at the time of charge.

4. The Deliverable and Sign-off

The reviewer delivers a structured report with findings, a method assessment, a recommendation, and a sign-off decision. A positive sign-off records a technical verification against the reviewed tollgate or project. A reviewer may decline to sign off after a genuine review; you are paying for expert judgment, not a guaranteed approval, and a declined sign-off still delivers the report explaining why.

5. Refunds

If a reviewer does not accept your order within the acceptance window, or declines it, your payment is refunded in full. After a report has been delivered, refunds are handled case by case by PrysmCore as the mediator. Refunds reverse the payment to the reviewer, including the platform fee.

6. Confidentiality and Conduct

Reviewers must keep project contents confidential and use them only to perform the review. Buyers must not request unlawful work or attempt to obtain a sign-off without a genuine review. We may remove a reviewer or buyer who abuses the marketplace.
