Partner Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the PrysmCore Partner Program. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility and Approval

You must have a PrysmCore account and be approved before you can earn commissions. We may approve, decline, or suspend any application at our discretion.

2. Commissions

You earn 25% of the subscription revenue we collect from a customer you refer, for the first 12 months of that customer's paid subscriptions, plus 10% on eligible one-time certification purchases. Attribution is by referral link, last touch, within a 60-day window, and is locked to the customer at signup. One attribution applies per customer. Commissions on marketplace review orders, enterprise deals negotiated separately, and your own purchases are excluded.

3. Payments

Commissions accrue as pending and mature after a 30-day hold that matches our refund window. We pay matured balances monthly through Stripe Connect once your balance reaches $50. If a referred charge is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you earn; Stripe collects the tax information it requires for payouts.

4. Disclosure (FTC)

When you promote PrysmCore, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and applicable law. You must not make false or misleading claims about PrysmCore or its results.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not refer yourself, create accounts to generate commissions, bid on our trademarks in paid search, send spam, or promote PrysmCore through deceptive or unlawful means. Violations forfeit unpaid commissions and may end your participation.

6. Changes and Termination

We may change the commission rates, windows, or these terms on a going-forward basis, and either party may end participation at any time. Commissions already matured and payable will be paid; pending commissions may be forfeited if participation ends for cause.
